Bucks County Horse Park – The Bucks County Horse Park currently has a membership base of approximately 500 people. Annual membership fee provides access to the Park
from dawn until dusk all year long. Members trailer in to enjoy over 30 miles of trails, two all-weather fenced arenas, two all-weather, standard-size dressage arenas, and the Beginner / Novice through Training level cross-country courses. County Theater – Located in nearby Doylestown, the County is beloved as one of a precious few remaining hometown art-deco movie theaters, committed to arthouse films and other out-of-the-mainstream fare. Sitting proudly at 20 East State Street, the County was originally built in 1938 at the depths of the Great Depression, providing a few hours’ escape from the dullness of grinding poverty for those lucky enough to afford admission. Lake Nockamixon State Park – Just minutes away on Rt. 563, 5,283-acre Nockamixon State Park surrounds 1,450-acre Lake Nockamixon. Enjoy a variety of activities throughout the year. Most park areas are open sunrise to sunset. Fishing and boating is permitted 24 hours a day in designated areas. Some park areas are closed in the winter, but there are some picnicking areas, fishing areas, trails and cabins open year-round. Boating, fishing, swimming pool, bicycle and equestrian trails. Bucks County Historical Society Attractions

Fonthill – The concrete castle home of eccentric Henry Mercer boasts 44 rooms, 18 fireplaces and more than 200 windows. Its walls, floors and ceilings are elaborately adorned with an incredible array of Mercer’s original handcrafted tiles. Recently featured on A&E’s “American Castles.” 215-348-9461.
