The Front Porch

An intimate front porch (above right) has an inviting suspended swing and two wooden rocking chairs. Listen closely and you can hear the the gentle bubbling of a decorative water fountain and, in the Spring, our Frog Hollow peepers—just out of hibernation.

The Outside Deck

This large outside deck is off the kitchen, with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for casual conversations, reading or simply relaxing in front of the expansive view of our back acreage. Weather permitting, the deck is where we serve complimentary afternnon refreshments; sun tean in warmer weather, and mulled cider when it's cool.

The deck is also the home of Topaz, our newly adopted polydactyl (thumbed / six-toed) Tortoise-shell cat, who found us one stormy day and has taken on the duties as our outside greeter.
