Inquiries and Check Ins

We are available to take your room inquiry call from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week, including holidays.

Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Later check-ins may be made by prior arrangement. Check-out time is 11:00 am., though we rarely rush folks out.

Reservations and Payment

  • VISA and MasterCard information is required to reserve a room, but payment is expected by cash or check upon arrival. A deposit is needed for long-term stays of more than three days.
  • Room rates are subject to a 6% PA state sales tax and 5% Bucks County tax (eff. April 1, 2017).
  • Single-night weekend accommodations (Friday or Saturday nights) may be arranged pending availability, which is influenced by holidays and time of year. Mid-November through April would be the best opportunity for a single-night weekend stay.
  • We offer our own Frog Hollow Farm “Ribit of Heaven” Gift Certificates. Call to order and we will personalize one as a unique birthday, wedding or anniversary present for friends or loved ones. They also make thoughtful holiday gifts.

Cancellations

As a small, independently owned inn, cancellations affect us dearly, so we must apply a firm cancellation policy, which is as follows:

  • All cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the arrival date will result in a $25.00 service fee.
  • All cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a full room charge, unless the room is subsequently booked by another party.
  • If another party books the room for a shorter period than the original reserving party, the original party will be responsible for the remaining unbooked nights.

General

  • Our establishment is designed for the enjoyment of adults, so we ask your cooperation in not bringing children under 12 to the B&B. In certain cases, we can make an exception. Please call to inquire.
  • For the comfort of all our guests, Frog Hollow Farm is a smoke-free environment. We do permit smoking in designated outside areas. So much of our property and buildings are vulnerable to fire, so we appreciate your cooperation in responsible snuffing and disposal of all smoking materials in containers provided.
  • We’re sorry, but the buildings and grounds at Frog Hollow Farm are not handicapped accessible. Due to its historical nature, our property is exempt from ADA regulations.
  • You may bring a favorite bottle of wine or champagne with you. We supply glasses, wine buckets and ice. Due to its unforgiving nature on light linen, we ask that you refrain from consuming red wine in your guest room.

Our catsPets

We can not accommodate your pets in house at Frog Hollow Farm. We understand that it’s hard to be away from them, but we have plenty of our own already. We do however have a large dog kennel (6ft L x 4ft w x 6ft h) located in our barn that can accommodate a canine companion during your stay with us. Please call us first.

In addition to our three outdoor cats— Rudy, Ricky and Misty—we have an inside dog—Gracie, our wire-haired Jack Russell terrier—and one indoor cat, Topaz, our adopted polydactyl (thumbed/ six-toed) Tortoiseshell who appeared from under the deck one stormy day. If you are allergy-prone we will low profile them, but please do bring your medication, since no one knows how anyone will react to any given allergen.
