B&B Policies

We’re sorry, but the buildings and property of Frog Hollow Farm are not handicapped accessible. Due to its historical nature, our property is exempt from ADA restrictions.
Our establishment is designed for the enjoyment of adults, so we ask your cooperation in not bringing children under 12 to the inn. In certain cases, we can make an exception. Please call ahead to make special arrangements.
Frog Hollow Farm is a smoke-free environment, inside and out. So much of our property and buildings are vulnerable to fire. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please don’t bring your pets to stay at Frog Hollow Farm. We understand it’s hard to be away from them, but we have plenty of our own already. Be aware that there are two cats, Molly and Annabelle, in our house (though it’s up to you whether you want them in your room or not). If you’re allergy-prone, please bring your medication.
We regret that we must charge the full room rate for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
Chef Mitch is happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you make your reservation.
Our gift certificates are not date restricted. However, we cannot pre-empt other reservations to accommodate a gift certificate stay. If you have been the lucky recipient of a Frog Hollow Farm “Ribit of Heaven” Gift Certificate and need to use it at a certain time, we strongly suggest booking as far in advance as possible, as we cannot guarantee availability otherwise.

The Frog Hollow Farm Philosophy

We want our guests to relax and celebrate the soothing of all their senses. We remind them that there are still places to visit that were—and are—one with their surrounding communities. We’re proud of ours, and try to foster an appreciation for our area by sending guests to enjoy local eateries, attractions and shopping.
We provide a place where our guests can step back in time and appreciate a different quality of life. We want Frog Hollow to be a sort of “time tunnel” through which our guests can pass to revisit a harmony of the human spirit — a time when one lived independently, yet coexisted with fellow humans and beasts alike. A time when we shared, grew, raised, fixed and mended instead of acquiring, securing, using up and discarding.
Here at this special place, we hope that for a day or two, our guests will find a “ribit” of heaven on earth.
