House Policies

For inquiries we are available to take your call from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week, including holidays.

Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Later check-ins can be made by special arrangement.

Payment can be made by personal check, cash or credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Room rates are subject to a 6% PA State and 3% Bucks County tax.

Single-night weekend accommodations (Friday and Saturday nights) can be arranged, pending availability, holidays and time of year. A $20.00 surcharge per room may be added.

Frog Hollow Farm is a smoke-free environment, though smoking is permitted in designated outside areas. So much of our property and buildings is vulnerable to fire. We appreciate your cooperation.

We’re sorry, but the buildings and grounds at Frog Hollow Farm are not handicapped accessible. Due to its historical nature, our property is exempt from ADA regulations.

Our establishment is designed for the enjoyment of adults, so we ask your cooperation in not bringing children under 12 to the B&B. In certain cases we can make an exception. Call to inquire.



We ask that you do not bring your pets. We understand it is hard to be away from them, but we have plenty of our own already. In addition to our four cats, Molly, Annabelle, Rudy and Sammy, we have one dog Gracie, our wire-haired Jack Russell. If you are allergy-prone we will low profile them and please bring your medication.
 
As a small independently owned inn, cancellations affect us dearly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• All cancellations made 8 or more days prior to the arrival date will results in a $25.00 service fee.
• All cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a full room charge unless the room is booked by another party.

You may bring a favorite bottle of wine or champagne with you. We supply glasses, wine buckets and ice. Due to its unforgiving nature on light linen, we ask that you refrain from consuming red wine in your guest room.

We offer our own Frog Hollow Farm “Ribit of Heaven” Gift Certificates. Call us and we will personalize one as a birthday, wedding or anniversary present for a loved one. They also make thoughtful gifts during the holiday season.
