Start the day with a hearty breakfast in our nineteenth-century dining room that features a chandelier hanging from a beamed ceiling. Morning light spreads its cheer through a deep-silled window, while you enjoy your breakfast seated at a collection of Mission-style antique furniture.
Breakfast on antique Noritake china and sterling silverware—heirlooms from innkeeper Patti’s grandmother. Fresh flowers from our own gardens grace your table, along with candlelight and soft music whispering almost unnoticed in the background. Whitewashed plaster walls highlight various Bucks County farm scenes and local artifacts all around you.
A Keurig single-cup coffee brewer and an electric kettle for hot water are available in the dining room, so guests can enjoy fresh, hot beverages of their choice throughout the day. Cookies, brownies, hot or ice tea or lemonade with fresh mint from the garden is prepared in the late afternoon. The gathering is an appropriate time to review our restaurant guide book for deciding on the evening meal.
